Weather: sunny but windy

Comments:
Started out from PE with RR and KB and 4 X 40'/40' on Kent's Pond. They left. Then did three hills at Long Pond, 1 lap of Long Pond (took 10' with the wind) and three more hills. Some planks, burpies, chin-ups, dips in the park there. Then a little more running and lunges and squats. Then about 6 diagnols at the soccer pitch by PE. Talked to GS and confused him with his brother Rocky. Best name ever.
