Good day at the gym. Very tired at the end of this week. I was dosing off in my office in the afternoon... Must be the heat. I thought I would be out of it for biking, but it turned out to go pretty good. Went hard on the bike, watching Knocked Up for the millionth time. Legs felt good.
Jumped on the elliptical for a little to add on. Then lifted.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Ok stretch. Didnt really do any hips/ankles/shin stuff. Ill get that in tomorrow. But I felt good stretching. The lift went well too. Tired at the end of working out. I didnt really want a hot sweaty walk back to my dorm after it... that sucked. Shin is feeling good. I think I can get into longer runs next week, close to an hour would be my goal. This weekend could be whatever since the family is coming in.
