Weather: pretty much perfect
Comments:
8 x 400m repeats at "mile" pace with 3 min rest, mile pace was assigned to me as 64-65 range but cut off a little during the actual workout, hit 63, 63, 63, 64, 64, 63, 62, and closed it in 61, all positive split by a couple secs except maybe the last one, felt really strong toward the latter part of the workout even though my legs were tired i was able to accelerate well, blistered the crap out of my feet but a baller workout is worth it, gonna do this again in few weeks at "800m" pace and see how it feels then
