Just one of those days when my legs were not feeling it much...I did my long run taking hale to the headwaters path and then out about 2.8 miles on it before turning around. The sun stayed away until the second half at least.

Essentials: stretch, roll, 300 abs, 75 push ups, gluteals, leg hang
