Weather: Pretty muggy and then some rain
Comments:
Today was pretty broken up mileage-wise. We did a short warm-up and then ran the race. It felt like crap after not doing hard runs at all for a month.
I ran 16:55 to get second behind Ian in 16:37. I think the course was long. 16:55 is really slow. We did our cool down, got awards, and then ran another 4 miles at home to finish it out. Man, that race trashed my legs.
