so i'm switching over to monday to sunday weeks, because thats what everyone else is on, and it makes it easier to adjust long runs from saturday to sunday without screwing up my mileage for the week. it doesn't really change anything, but screws up the look of my mileage for the last few weeks. it was right for the sunday to saturday though. taking today off because i'm still pretty tired, and it kind of doesn't fall into either weeks mileage with the change. free day!
