Comments:
30min with a partner, stared lifts were split in half between partner:

*100 push ups
50 swings
*80 alt leg raises
*40 pull ups
25 mountain climbers
50 swings
*60 alt leg raises
*50 pull ups

afterwards we did 30 sec each arm:
clean, press, squat

then 6min abs
