ran with mercer after work today. went up to forest hills. it was kind of hot, but complained more about it than was probably necessary. talked about living in the village next year with all the people we'll be living with. looking forward to it. i also realized how hard it is to slow up on pace the past few days. even when i want to slow down, its harder to go much slower without making an effort to. my natural pace has increased. good thing i guess. stretch and abs 8 by 35, pushups 2 by 35. dips 3 by 25. while listening to chiddy bang.
