Comments:
Ran with Drew and David. Talked a lot with them around the run but not all that much when we were actually running. Making a conscious effort to keep things slower and recovering on my down week this week. Should help me stay on track for the end of the season. Also trying to get back to me sleep schedule now that the trials are done.
Stretch, L7, roll, chocolate milk, nanner. Taking a breather from strength essentials also this week since I'm on a down week.
