Ran from Headwaters as Abby biked alongside, about 5 out on the path. Good run, cool but just humid.

I tried racing the bike at the end...but lost :/

The extra .5 is to the bathroom and back.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, gluteals, 75 push ups 300 abs
