Comments:
ML - This was one of my better morning runs, as I ran a little faster but felt more relaxed compared to usual. Even though I felt good today, I couldn't help but notice a couple things:
1. My stride is really short. I need to work on getting it back to where it was in high school.
2. My back is sore. I probably should start doing abs.
3. I have no flexibility at all.
4. My breathing is short and fast immediately when I start running. I need to get into the habit of breathing with more regularity.
