Very happy with this workout. Sweating like a mofo for this. Indulged myself with a kick at the end of the final interval.

Some lady with a walker and her friend kept getting mad at me because I'd pass them going fast. She told me to warn them in a cranky huff so I did. On the last one I said "Last one, I promise!" and then they laughed. Nothing pisses off a grump more than being nice to them.

Lots of traffic on the Pond today. Saw a former premier in KROCK tee. Also saw JM. Talked to my former running class when I got back to PE for a shower.
