Weather: cool and windy
Comments:
3 loops of towers, went 7:20 (5:33), 7:24 (5:36), 7:18 (5:30) and ran an extra hundred meters or so to even it out. Definitely good effort, happy with it. Felt nice to cycle a tempo run back in. Wind was annoying though, and it was a little chilly to start out
