Bedford Res + Towpath

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run a Bedford reservation with Corey, Drew, David, CKells, and JFrey. At dunham only David, Corey, CKells, and I continued. Then, we took tinkers creek road over to the towpath at which David and I continued out 2 more miles on. After turning around on the towpath, the heat started to get us, so we made it back to Dunham and took advantage or a hose at the golf course. This was real rejuvenating until 10 minutes or so on the way back when I think we both realized we wee pretty tired. But we survived; overall good run!

Essentials: 200 abs, hips, 75 push ups. stretch, roll, leg hang
