Horrible last mile. I'm pretty sure I was dehydrated as I drank almost no water the night before and a small amount before the run. Need to make sure I drink more next week. Other than the last mile the other miles were pretty good and right around the pace I wanted of 7:40 and ended up finishing over a minute above goal time.
