Comments:
ran in the evening by myself. figured i'd avoid the heat. it worked kind of. still pretty hot out and i felt pretty crappy again, but was able to go a little faster than yesterday. just kind of been in a funk since tuesday's run. hopefully it gets better soon. first lake. abs and push ups after.
