bad day

well, i didnt realize we were doing a group run until like 10:30 last night, so running in the evening was looking like a bad idea to me. didnt sleep very well either, and we left earlier than we had been to try and beat the heat. we ran at bedford. we went slower than last time, which i was happy about but i still felt like crap. probably should have turned around when drew and john frey did, but i still wanted to get my long run in. bad idea. this was just a miserable run. we went super slow the last few miles. bad. wanted 15, but couldn't get it in. shout out to chris for going really slow with me, it was ugly. i think it was a good portion to blame on dehydration. i'm always a little more dehydrated in the morning, and with running in the evening i think it also made it worse. i'll get over it though. try and keep it slower the next few days, get back into a rhythm.
