Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran right after work solo. Beginning of the run, shins were awfully tight and I felt fat and sluggish, but loosened up and felt fairly good by the end. I guess all I need is a 7 mile warm up... Anyways nice weather not too hot. Down to the stadium loop. A fire hydrant was open near the southwest dorms, I really wanted to run through it. Good loop around then to the access rd. Added on In the backwoods. Its about a mile add on. I also realized, it looks exactly like the farm back there. Kinda cool.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, shins&calves, abs, roll, ice later
Stretched and did striders down in the school. Striders felt decent, dont have the speed in my legs yet. Good stretch though. Shins feeling better after. The inside on my ankle on the right has been feeling a little tweaky in the beginning of my runs... also I rolled it a little in the woods but overall NBD.
