Exercise Type: Run
Weather: awful. 40-45 pouring rain for four hours straight. Puddled track and all.
Comments:
So excited to lay down a fast mile this weekend.
1600- 4:31
Talked to ramsey beforehand, said he was gonna run a 4:30 and i was a little nervous of my ability to do so in that weather... Wind picked up a little at the start and went out slow with ramsey kicking water in my face, 67 and 69 for a 2:18. Dunston yelled at ramsey to pick it up, so second 800 was 66, 66. Didn't feel totally blown out at the end, definitely could've pushed the last lap a lot more and should've not been afraid of ramsey. Plus the time was worth like 2 seconds faster in the rain! 4:26 is realistic right now.
400 - 54.5
Waterfall start, false started the first time so overcompensated a little too much. Basically a wall closed in on me of paul and two g prep kids and had to swing out into lane 4-5 at 75 meters and surge to the front. Not great, but good work.

Couldn't stop shivering, legs just didn't want to go.
