Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A pleasant night run with my girl. Waited until after dinner so I could digest a little. Ran the same course as last time. Temp cooled down to where it was near perfect. Got stopped by a train halfway down, but it wasnt that long. Again, felt kinda tired going out, but got into it and everything loosened up and I was feeling good on the way back, trying to stay quick and comfortable. Got a lot of looks today, more than usual I would say...

Essentials: Stretch, L7, shins&calves, roll, ice

Did a few striders in the field infront. Didnt feel all that great, made my back kinda sore but shins were ok. Wouldnt have minded chilling outside, but I wanted to get in and get some water, and I probably could work on my presentation tonight so I dont have to do it at work tomorrow. Otherwise, legs feeling ok getting used to the mileage. Probs xtrain tomorrow though.
