Weather: 67 degrees and humid and windy

Comments:
just finished with Pete, went for 2.5 miles w/up, then 16 x 400 w/100 jog in (30-32 sec). All 400's between 78-80. Total distance on track 5 miles (29:59). Then one mile cool down on the track before big rain storm.
