Still feeling tired on this run. Started out with a good pace, stopped a few times to stretch, ran quick intermittantly, good to get this run under my belt. I can sense my body wanting to run faster, with some more stretching, distance I can for sure make it to the 3:25 km pace for 5km. Got to start somewhere.
