Rec Center bike sesh

Xtrain today. Kinda sore when I woke up this morning, but during the day everything felt fine. Over to the rec center after work. It was really boring today. I went a long time last week, but I could barely make it today... Cut out and went on to the elliptical. Didnt really pay much attention, just kinda went and got it over with. Felt strong.

Did a weight workout after elliptical.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hammies, abs

Very very crowded in the stretching area. I got everything feelin dec though. Back was sore and hammies were tight yesterday, but worked it through. My arms were very very sore from the lift, hard to prop myself up. Walking back to the dorm, I started sweating again. I had to take another shower when I got back. Gross. Also, I had no clean clothes since it is laundry day. Eww
