My fall on Sunday was caused by stubbing my toe on a stump or rock. It seems that in addition to a nice bruise on my side, which caused a lot of swelling, I also messed up my toe. It'll be fine, but it's all black and blue and will probably hurt when I run for the next week or two. O well. Could call this run speed play. I did a couple hard 400 meter stretches and did a few hill repeats for the hell of it at the end.
