Another nice night run. Disturbed that running log is down, should be back soon this happens often actually… Anyways, Kevin’s blisters were bothering him, so he wanted to go barefoot on the field. Thought it might be cool to join in. We all met up, ran through campus and started out on the field. It was a nice night and the grass felt good. Running barefoot probably helps my ankles, but I shouldn't doo too much since it can hurt my knees and stuff. Went about 2.5 miles with them on the field. I cut off and put my shoes on and went on my own route. Legs were feelin good in the field. Cause I was going barefoot, my calf seemed to cramp up when I put my shoes on. Kinda irritating, not terrible. Went and did a stadium loop, took my brace off for that part to loosen it up. Cruzed around to the track. I spontaneously decided to run a mile on the track to check it out. It felt good actually, kinda picked it up instinctively. Cut off the track and headed over to the field, looking for Molly and Kevin. They weren’t there, so I just headed back on Commonwealth. At the end, legs good, shins decent, right calf cramped. Kept a great pace today though.

Wonderful evening. Kinda wish I was chilling on the porch at the XCFH… ahh. I lounged infront of the dorm, doing my stretches. Got a good roll in too. No abs, just a day off. The ground has been so ichy lately too ?.

Run was actually 8.25 I think when I mapped it. So pace was a bit below 7 most of the time. Probs a shorted slower run tomorrow then long Sunday.
