Weather: sunny then turning to partly overcast

Comments:
Sweet little "out and back" run on the tracks. Had a little chat with JC and SW in Bowering Park at the beginning.

Threw in 10' @ LT towards the end but I never got my heartrate up in the 170 range even though I was moving pretty fast.
