Comments:
sizing up the competition on the starting line, grogan and I figured we were gonna win by a minute because the hot-shot looking people were in the 2*2mile. We both also planned on 21:30, not 20:40. We ran together for 3 miles, I lost contact and made a too little too late charge. This race is definitely a better indicator of current fitness as opposed to the 16:20 5k a couple weeks ago, and a nice benchmark for the months to come.
