did a workout in 90+ degree weather. felt...not great but certainly much better than this morning. Legs actually felt good, just really sapped from the heat.

2x1000, 800, 600, 400 in 3:29, 3:30, 2:45, 1:55, 71. finished off 1200m at the end of each interval, so 200 jog after the thousands, 400 jog after the 800 (which was the easiest interval for me) and 600 jog after the 600. 400 felt fast...but clearly was not. just really felt dead by that point. Still good to finish a workout. I like this one, but next time It'll be longer intervals, maybe start with a couple of 1200's or 1600's.
