Had some on the workout today, made it through the workout but wish I had some more.

Veale, Quad, Mather Quad, Bellflower, E115, NRV track, E115, Wade Park, E108, East, MLK
Stopped by the track to check in with Coach L

MLK: 0-1mi, 1-2mi and back
4*1 mi tempo w/2 min jog recovery, saw Alyssa, the newest addition to the XC team, splits: 5:39, 5:37, 5:33, 5:37, wind on the way out, effort-based, liked that I negative split the intervals until the last one, during which my stomach started to bother me, probably should have had a lighter lunch

MLK to Superior Bridge 4*35 sec race pace pickups w/1 min jog recovery, took a much need pit stop after the last one, saw Gjoraas, Tim, and Grese

Superior Bridge, MLK, Wade Oval, Mather Quad, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
Felt pretty crappy, saw Andrea and Elaine, stretch, no abs due to upset stomach, and no ice due to closed training room.
