Short west PRE solo. Wore the green 101s again. Felt "bottled up".
In the afternoon: worked with Brennan (new coaching client). When we finished - and I had to wait at Sheldon track because I locked my keys in my car! - I filmed myself running: looked like SHIT! Totally lost hip extension. When I focused on "lengthening" behind/beneath, it was much better looking, and feeling...
