Comments:
Followed the route of the race course kinda. Just did an out and back on the trails. Felt really good today. Quality long run. The worst part was the uphill in the first half mile everything else was great. I thought I lost my watch too.... but then I found it in my car! Horray. For once I returned from Mohican with my watch still intact.
