Comments:
Today was a roaster, and tomorrow looks worse. I had to walk down to Franklin today to get my meal card fixed (which did, and apparently they erased my account and gave me a new one with 10 meals!) but I was bakin, trying to stay in the shade. Ended up running alone way later. It was nice then. Had no idea where to go when I started, but kinda just combined a bunch of decent spots into a good line. Back woods to Wild wood loop. After the schools, cut over to Prospect, down to Lincoln and back Lincoln and Commonwealth. Hip was bothering me in lab today, sharp pain near the joint. Kinda worried about it running, but it felt fine. Same old story, started out sluggish but a few miles in started to loosen up and feel pretty good. Shins felt just fine.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, Shins&calves, abs, roll
Finished up at the school. It was getting dark, and I didnt want the bugs to bug me. Did some striders, actually these were the first ones that felt good... Then a good stretch and such as the sun went down... so peaceful. Molly came out to ride the swings in the dark. I can relate. Back in to roll. There are just as many bugs in our common room. The gnats have invaded, but we are fighting back!
