long run at mohican. i took the role of leading from the back for the whole time. :) i was kind of tired and sluggish, but felt considerably better as the run went on. the weather really really helped out on this one. made it much easier than last week. still not my usual self i feel, i was pretty quiet the whole run. after we kind of split up with our individual mileages it was me and chris and tim finishing it off. finished the last part kind of hard. for me. i needed to hit a hill hard and not feel lame at the top. beat chris :)
