Comments:
Ran 10 on Fisher out to UH Geauga, pretty hot but I was hydrated, and just stopped several times to wipe off my face with the shirt i brought along. There was a nice breeze at least to move some air around. I enjoyed several glasses of water upon returning.
Essentials: 300 abs, gluteals, 75 push-ups
