Did the warm up with KB, RR, and SH. There was much talk on the Tely.

So this actually isn't all that much faster than last year. The difference is that I felt more in control of my pace and times were most consistent. That's good. I indulged myself a little on the last interval and kicked at the end.

For the cool down, I ran to the wharf on Long Pond and took another 'ice bath' for about 10' and jogged back home. Totally estimated the time/distance for the cool down.

Saw KG on the cool down.
