Comments:
Ran straight to SEHS with Pete; didn't plan on track work, but he wanted to do 400s. We alternated, watching each other's form.

Feedback, per 400:

1.) Bottled up, lacking hip EXT; L UE flx/ext elbow (69)
2.) Better hip EXT, but lacked hip FLX (68)
3.) Better overall, but "lost it" a couple times. (67)
4.) L UE out to the side (tough to keep in the last 100m!) (68).

Ran back. Wore the XCs.
