Comments:
ran to the 4 mile mark and back, but it was a little more than 8 because the 0 mark was about a minute into the run. starting to feel stronger, surprised how well i felt after yesterday since that was the longest run I'd done in several weeks. 7:10-7:20 pace pretty much the whole way
