Comments:
Did the same workout as last week. Jogged 200 meters, ran 200 meters, for 3200 meters. Went pretty well. Didn't wear a watch this time so I have no idea how fast I was going. I was really winded by the time I finished. Did the same 4x30 meter sprints at the end.
