Comments:
hopped on the track and did 3xmile w/ 30s rest cutting down each mile. 5:49 (95s first lap to ease into it), 5:42, 5:28. feel strong but sluggish...like I can hold any pace that I set but can't accelerate. the 5:28 felt no harder than the first two, i just started faster.
