Exercise Type: Bike

Weather was awesome today! It is cooling down to what it was earlier in the summer. I went to the gym though... Hit the recumbent bike since all the uprights were taken. E! wasnt on the tvs, First 48 was though! I still fucking hate that show. Legs were actually getting sore on the bike, so I broke off and went to the elliptical.
As I was on the elliptical, Cromer came up. Hes is finally out getting exercise! He wanted to try and jog, so I ran two laps with him on the track at like 10 min pace. Just like the old days. He was hobblin though... We stopped and went to lift.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, shins&calves
I helped Cromer do some of his ankle rehab stuff and then stretched and did essentials. Pretty standard legs feelin good. Looking forward to the nice weather next week.
