6p w/ Grogan, 10*300m Mayfield hills, w/o last down recovery. smooth on all until fast last rep. averaged :67s which was the faster end of 2 summers ago. and the overall pace was faster than the normal 7:45 average of 2 summers ago. good indicators I guess.
If steady states are the bread workouts of base phase, Mayfield hills are the butter.
