Comments:
Today I woke up at 0400 and was wide awake. I figured it would be best to take advantage of the situation and go work out. I did 6 miles in 54 minutes at an incline of 2 on the dreadmill. Not a bad work out. It was a bit more challenging and all my work outs on that damn machine will be at 2 degrees. I was told it is the next best thing actually running on the ground.
