Sprint workout. Light warmup and some build 50s.
4x100@5:00. 1:15, 1:17, 1:16, 1:19
On these 100's, I started out strong, with a focus on form and power rather than speed. The last 25, I just tried to turn over my arms as fast as possible.
4x50@3:00. 0:35, 0:35, 0:36, 0:35
On the 50's, I pretty much went allout for arm turn over.
