So Evan Jager broke the American Record today in his 5th steeplechase ever; he dropped 11 seconds off his personal best to run 8:06.
Mostly in Rockburn park. Chose the trails with less shade so I could see where I was going. May have caused someone to call a park ranger because I was trying to roar like a bear. Probably going to do that when I race this year. Anyway, this wound up being quite enjoyable.
