mud mud mud!

Woke up with a cold this morning, felt a wee bit crappy at the beginning, but the mud and rain were way too much fun to pay attention to how I felt. And it was pretty chilly as well. Up Glover all the way then Van Ness to Nebraska back Foxhall to Macarthur to do 47th Place for speed on a hill.

The hill is 200m and I felt a bit strange stopping in the middle (tried that on the first one), so ended up doing 5.5x200m instead of 8x100m as planned. I think thats ok? Still dead awful at hills though, but lunges/squats seem to be helping a ton. Then jogged down Resevoir and back on Macarthur for a cool down in-between hills. Forgot to time it. Loong stretch after!

I'm not sure if it's ok, but some time it'd be kind of nice to run without a watch.
