Stadium Loop

Beautiful day out today... Went out in the afternoon solo. Ill try to link up with everyone next week on some runs. Went shorter today. Simple Stadium loop. Felt pretty good the whole time actually, and kept pace very well. Shins felt good. There was a big lacrosse tourney going on by the stadium, and the Jehovahs Witnesses are back. The access rd was locked up tight today. I had to jump over the fence. It was a big drop, and my legs hurt right after it. Took is slow down Pleasant when finishing up.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, hips, abs, roll, Ice later

Legs felt good during stretch and it was amazing to sit in the grass in the beautiful sun. Have to look in training plan, but it might be time to start doubles, so that I can get closer to 60 mpw. I dont think I really want to do 60 in singles on 6 days... I got close to 60s in cross last year with a double and that worked well I thought. Think I am good where I am at with lifting, since I want to keep my weight down. I dont really want to run with Kevin and his friend tomorrow for my long run. Ill probably just go alone on the bike path.

I also started archiving my logs this morning. I got through a year so far. Its already over 100 pages... Im gonna have a book by the end.
