Comments:
The weather sucked today. It was cold and rainy but we needed to fit this workout in to prepare for Sac. Did 2xmile at tempo pace. Then did 4x1k at pace or at least tried to. Felt kind of tired after each one but not horrible. The weather and wind definitely made this harder than it should have been. Finished up with 4 200s all at 30/29. Those felt good. It was freezing out so cooled down inside.
