Pretty good run...but my L hip is still GHEE.
Started out nice and easy to Hoffman. Felt the hip a bit anterior. As I eased into the laps up at Hoffman, it moved more laterally, which was odd. Did 3 laps: 7:23, 7:14, 7:04. I actually saw a chick running up there, and she was hammering pretty quick!
On the run home I threw in 3x30/30 and felt good. No hip discomfort at all.
Hip was sore in the PM; at first I couldn't find a spot with the foam roll, but later at night I found a very sore spot and worked that. Not sure WHY that's acting up: it might be form-related...
Got in a 2-set lift before BILLY's track meet. The weather was awful so mom and I stayed only 'til his hurdle race was over.
Weighed in today at like 163 -- WTF??
