Not bad for a Monday

Comments:
At the gym. Was planning on a 5-3 split, but my calves got very tight while warming up so I did 2-2.5-1.5-1 split for 7 total. 6:30s were feeling very easy tonight which was awesome. The fartlek bit happened when I saw a guy doing a fast hill workout on a treadmill and it got me going a bit. I was recovering at 6:31/mile and it felt so smooth and easy. I hope this trend continues because even though I'm a bit tired and sore, I felt great tonight and pretty smooth.
