Comments:
Ran solo at lunch - into Alton, about 6 strides, then tempo. Was planning on doing 3mi but I was super-tired by the time I got to VRC, so I cut it. Ran pretty good: 5:38, 5:41 into a wind.
Focused on: 1. "weight shift and acceptance" (trunk fwd, chin down), and 2. 1st MTP R push off.
R 1st MTP push off = keeps trunk from going too far L!
Jogged it in easy from there; did try to run "uptempo" <7 but felt really tired...
